Pneumatic Loaders
We offer two models of compressed air operated loaders to convey plastic pellets and/or regrind material at a rate of up to 1,000 pounds per hour.
Our Standard Loaders are available in single or dual proportional loading and mount at the throat of your machine or on your hopper.
Our Mini-Loaders mount at the throat of your machine or on your hopper. The overall size is reduced with the sight glass and baffle assembly integrated together to eliminate the hopper.
Electric Loaders
Our Vacuum loaders are constructed of high grade stainless steel, and insulated motor housing for sound reduction. They offer a double cloth filter backed by a stainless steel screen and can easily by converted for future central material handling systems.

Pneumatic Loader Wands, and accelerators
Our standard wands and accelerators are fitted for 1 1/4" hose for most applications. For the hard to load regrind, our 1 1/2" wand or accelerator can be substituted.
The Wands have stainless steel tubes and clips to securely hold the air line. The optional Wand End Guard protects the end of the wand and keeps material free-flowing.

Vacuum take off boxes and pneumatic accelerators
An easy to clean collector box mounts to the bottom of your hopper and is available with single or dual outlets. We can make up to (6) outlets. The box is hinged and held securely closed with a quick-action toggle clamp. The box has a universal mounting plate for up to a 5 1/2” x 5 1/2” bolt pattern. An optional plate will allow any size bolt pattern.

Feeders
We offer high performance metering equipment for plastic injection, extrusion, or blow molding operations.
From the ruggedly constructed, solid steel housing to the precision controls, this system gives you years of accurate, repeatable results.
All feeders have Calibration Ports to draw samples without process interruption. The outboard hopper and port allow independent metering of material for easy samples.
Our Standard Feeders use augers from 1/2” diameter to 2” diameter and have ten hoppers to choose from.
Our Mini-Feeders use augers from 1/2” diameter to 1 3/8” diameter and have three hoppers to choose from.
Material Sensing Alarms
This compact alarm is used to detect high or low level conditions of hopper material.
From the 90db buzzer and large bright amber strobe light, to the lighted ON/OFF and Buzzer Interrupt switches, the alarm’s operation is simple. Turn the ON/OFF switch on and it lights up, signaling the alarm is ready. When the sensor detects a problem, the control starts the strobe light and buzzer. The operator can press the Buzzer Interrupt switch to silence the buzzer. The strobe will continue flashing, reminding the operator of a problem. When the condition is corrected, the sensor resets the buzzer and the strobe turns off. The alarm is ready for the next high/low signal.
Intermixers
Intermixers provide dual action mixing for complete homogeneous blending prior to entering the feed throat. It has a removable paddle to make clean-up easier. There are three models available. The 3# intermixer for the Mini-Feeder and 5# & 10# intermixers for the Standard Feeder.
Magnets
Our Low Profile Drawer Magnets are for use with our Standard Feeders. The 10" square base offers greater rigidity and is only 5" tall for added clearance when mounting feeders and auxiliary equipment. This magnet can be used for other applications with the addition of our 1/2" aluminum adapter plate for special bolt patterns. They are made with 1/2" Lexan® windows and aluminum back tie bars. The front covers are machined with a step around the edge for a total seal, eliminating the need for pellet-trapping gaskets.
