The Summit Plastek mini blender provides blending capacities of up to 145 lbs/hr (65 kg/hr) with outstanding accuracy and consistency, batch after batch. It offers the processor a cost-effective answer to blending small volumes of virgin, regrind, color and additive materials at the machine throat.
Exclusive “pinch valves” coupled with our HRB Series LCD Color Touch Screen microprocessor-based control, gives superior accuracy saving the processor time, energy and cost.
Dispensation of up to four materials, the precise weight of each is deposited separately into a stainless steel weigh scale then discharged into an efficient stainless steel homogeneous mixer. Constantly monitoring the processing rate is an efficient mixer level sensor.
Complete with full view widows each hopper and/or window is easily removable, allowing easy access for cleaning. The stainless steel scale and mixing chamber are also easily removed for fast efficient clean out.
Designed for machine mount the blender can also be placed on an optional floor stand with material collection box and vacuum probes.

- 1 lb (454 grams) scale capacity
- Simple random selection for all data input.
- QUICK START sequence; simply enter percentages of Regrind, Color & Additive and press start.
- The computer software program automatically calculates and maintains virgin material ratio based upon entry of minors and regrinds percentage value.
- Two batch modes; minor ingredients added to virgin content only and/or minors added to the total batch.
- Materials percentage values adjustable “on the fly”.
- Color-coded materials I.D touch buttons.
- Save and retrieve up to 100 formulas.
- Real time display of blending rate, total batch weight, each material set % and weight dispensed.

- SMART mode: Upon depletion of regrind material the remaining materials ratios are recalculated based on additional virgin. After a selected number of cycles the control will re-visit the regrind and recalculate back to recipe including regrind.
- RAD mode: Regrind adjustable dispensing sequence is activated upon recognizing poor or restricted flowing material.
- ARM mode: Anti-Restriction mode is activated upon recognizing flow restriction of all materials.
- Printer port: Cycle, Inventory, Total run and Formulas reports, all date and time stamped.
- Reset cycle count.
- Timed or continuous mixer.
- Manual operation touch buttons for all mechanical functions.
